Smart Wear Construction
Most crushing equipment is constructed of a welded exoskeleton framework that relies on bolt in liners to protect the machine. Over time, the framework begins to loose shape from metal fatigue and overrun liners. Soon, you spend more time welding and patching your machine than you do crushing rock.
The DC Line of crushers incorporates the wear components into the body of the machine to form the structure. All components are bolt on and nearly weld free. This means every time you order a new set of liners, your machine is returned to factory specification. For those in remote areas this machine can be completely rebuilt with a set of wrenches.

For those getting started, the DC crusher is truly an 'all in one machine' capable of crushing, grinding and classifying. The only machine that can accept relatively large rocks, up to 4" and produce a product ready for concentration equipment in a single pass. And do it all day long!
